Reader's guide
If you've never bought through Digistore24 or BuyGoods before, the checkout page can look unfamiliar - here's what's actually happening, and how to tell a normal checkout from a problem.
Digistore24 and BuyGoods are payment processors and affiliate platforms, not the product manufacturers themselves. When you click a link on a review site like this one, you're taken to the manufacturer's sales page, and the actual purchase is processed by whichever platform (Digistore24 or BuyGoods) the manufacturer uses - that's why the checkout domain often differs from the sales page domain, and why your card statement may show the platform's name rather than the product's.
Both are established, internationally-operating checkout providers used by thousands of digital and physical product sellers. They handle payment processing, buyer support, and refund requests on behalf of the seller - meaning if something goes wrong with your order, you generally contact the platform (Digistore24 or BuyGoods) directly, not the small brand whose product you bought, since they hold your transaction record.
Contact the platform directly using the order lookup tool on their site (Digistore24 and BuyGoods both provide one) with your order number or the email used at checkout. Refund windows and terms are set by the manufacturer, but the platform processes the actual refund once approved.
